Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any delivery or return postage paid is non-refundable.
Once your item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order until the item is returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Orders placed but not shipped qualify for a full refund, just email us or call before we dispatch the item.
If you receive a damaged item in your parcel, please contact us at info@hatbag.com stating your order number and including photo evidence.
Any item that is found to be faulty due to misuse will not be replaced.
